Our standards
We run competitions the way we'd want to enter them. Here's exactly how we keep things fair, protect players, and stay open — aligned with the UK DCMS Voluntary Code of Good Practice for Prize Draw Operators.
Fairness
- Provably-fair draws. Every winner is drawn with a commit-reveal method you can check yourself — no need to trust us. We publish a locked commitment before a competition closes and reveal the seed after, so anyone can recompute the result. Verify a draw →
- Guaranteed winners. Every competition is drawn on its closing date whether or not it sells out. We never cancel a draw or shrink a prize because sales were low.
- Clear odds. The number of tickets and how many have sold is shown on every competition, so you always know your chance of winning.
- Skill-based, not gambling. Entry requires correctly answering a genuine skill question, which — together with the free route below — keeps our competitions lawful and outside gambling law.
Player protection
- 18+ only. You must be 18 or over and a UK resident to enter. We check age at sign-up and before any prize is paid.
- Limits & breaks. Every competition has a maximum number of entries per person, so no one can spend without limit. Want a spending limit or a break from entering? Contact us and we’ll set it up. Responsible play →
- No pressure. We don’t use fake scarcity, countdown pressure tricks or “guaranteed win” claims. Honest odds, honest prizes.
- A free route, always. You can enter any competition free by post with exactly the same chance of winning — no purchase necessary. Free entry route →
Transparency & accountability
- Winners published. Every draw is live-streamed and every winner is published (name and town, unless they ask us not to) in our winners archive. See winners →
- Prompt prizes. We deliver prizes promptly, or pay the tax-free cash alternative where offered. Prize details are shown up front on each competition.
- We publish this page. We set out our fairness and protection measures openly, review them regularly, and expect any partners to uphold them too.
- Your data. We are the data controller and handle your data under UK GDPR. We publish the third-party providers we use. Our sub-processors →
